Frequently asked questions
Can I send a photo of just one person?
In the photo reading technique you can analyze what is going on with people as they relate to one another. To do that you need to send a photo with you and another person. I can read some personality issues from a one person shot, but the analysis will not have the same rich content as a multiple person shot.
What makes a good photo for body language reading?
Full head-to-toe shots of both people. Both people must be clothed. If you want to know about the romantic aspects of your relationship, make sure you send a photo where both of you are seen from the feet to top of the head, ideally with the hands and/or the arms visible on at least one of you. Make sure that the facial expressions of each person are visible. If the photo is dark or the faces are in shadow, they may not be readable.
Can I send a photo of just two peoples' faces or heads?
Reading body language is like reading a word sentence. I start reading at the feet and go to the face. If I only have the face, there our words missing and I might not get the entire message. Headshots (a photo that only has two peoples heads) are great for reading the emotional state of the person if the photo resolution is high. If all you have is a shot of you and someone's face, send it in.
What kind of resolution do I need in a photo? – Can I send a cell phone photo?
Make sure there are as many pixels as a regular photo, ideally 500kb. Phones are great for phone calls but the resolution is so low it makes reading the facial expressions very difficult. The photo should include you and the other person.

- The photo analysis is for your personal use only; it is not to be used or reprinted in written or auditory form in hard copy, e-mail, broadcast or Web and may not be used for any commercial purposes.
- Though Patti works with law offices and law enforcement, the reads offered through this service are for entertainment purposes and are not be used for any prosecutions or legal proceedings or any harmful act.
- Since children do not make the decision to be photographed, Patti does not do detailed reading of the body language of children under 10. She will tell you things such as if they are happy and if they feel connected or secure with specific people in the photos.
- You agree to only send G-rated photos with all people fully clothed.
